Jackass 3.5 Trailer

Considering that Jackass 3D was one of the highest grossing movies of 2010, it should come as no surprise that there is now even more Jackass on the way. Reported back in December, a 90-minute collection of outtakes from the movie will be released online later this year under the name Jackass 3.5. The footage will be released in installments through a weekly web series, and we now know where and when the first episode will premiere. According to a press release, internet TV company Joost has landed the rights to release Jackass 3.5 online in twelve different countries (U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, Germany, France, Austria, Luxembourg, Spain, Belgium, Switzerland and Turkey), and the first episode will go live on April 1st.

The good news is that the entire series will be free to watch (although it will be ad-supported), and in the end, a feature length uncensored version will be released “through a variety of platforms including download-to-own, VOD, DVD and Television.” What remains to be seen is how the quality of the unreleased stunts will compare, and whether or not the lack of 3D will be detrimental to them, but something tells me it won’t be an issue. Are you looking forward to Jackass 3.5? To get a taste for what’s in store, check out an official teaser trailer after the jump. CHeck It Out ANd Enjoy.
